Jim & Todd – “The Top Dawgs”

Owners

Jim and Todd are the owners of ADL Solutions. They started the company in 2008. They both share a passion to help others to have the best quality of life that they can.

Jim spent his early years in Pennsylvania and has been in Arizona for many years now. He spent time in the banking industry before his venture into developing ADL Solutions with Todd. He has a beautiful wife, April, and he has an amazing crew of 6 children, including Brooke, our “Gatekeeper.” Jim enjoys bowling and occasionally taking his chances at the casino.

Todd grew up in Indiana. He obtained a degree in Sport Marketing and Management, with a minor in Business Management, from Indiana University in 1991. He is married to our “PT Diva.” He has three beautiful daughters (Addy, Ashton & Emmery), two stepsons, Josh (our “Delivery Guy” and Austin), and two pups, Casey & Gizmo. Todd enjoys sailing, the beach, golf and mountain biking.

Kristine – “The Office Mom”

Office Manager

I have been the Office Manager at ADL Solutions for about 4 years now. I love my ADL team! Prior to that I worked in Human Resources doing payroll taxes and accounts payable.

I love spending time with my family and all of my animals. I have 3 dogs who want to swim everyday. My most recent hobby has been raising 6 little chicks. They are just about full grown. I love gardening, baking & decorating.

Brooke – “The ADL Gatekeeper”

Office Assistant

I was born and raised in Arizona, just call me a desert diva! I have been with ADL for about 3 years now and have loved growing and learning within the company. When I’m not working, I’m getting my cardio fix or chasing around my 4 year old and my 18 month old. We love to visit the Wildlife Zoo and jump around at Elevate! Family is everything to me so during my spare time, I’m usually out and about with my small tribe!

Sheri – “The PT Diva”

Director of Sales & Marketing/Physical Therapist

Sheri grew up in the Pennsylvania/Ohio area, riding horses. She started Physical Therapy school at the University of Toledo in consortium with The Medical College of Ohio. She was in the Army National Guard and was deployed for Desert Storm. She came back and graduated with a BS in Physical Therapy in 1992 and has been a PT for over 30 years. She spent many years working in the area of Home Care and developed a passion for accessibility and DME, while always trying to assist her clients in this area. She met Todd in 2016 and began assisting ADL Solutions here and there and gradually progressed to full time in 2021. She enjoys using her PT skills to now assist people with safety and accessibility in their homes and she loves working with fellow PTs to assist them with having the necessary equipment for rehab in the homes. She is happily married to Todd, has two sons and has gained 3 stepdaughters. My son Josh is our “Delivery Dude.” Gizmo & Casey are our two killer Chihuahua pups. I love running on the beach with my feet in the edge of the water, horses and I am Todd’s co-captain in sailing.

Cassandra – “The Billing Babe”

Billing Specialist

I have been doing Medicare DME billing for about 10 years now. I have lived in Arizona all my life and ironically hate the hot weather. In my free time I like to do puzzles, watch scary movies, and take trips up North to enjoy the scenery and snow. I consider myself to be a foodie, I’m always looking to try something new and delicious!

I moved to Arizona in 2014. I have been working for ADL Solutions since 2016. I am married to my beautiful wife, Connie. I have two children, Tonya and Todd (one of the “Top Dawgs” of ADL Solutions). I install smaller jobs such as grab bars, handheld showers, and small threshold ramps. I am the Suite 6 Warehouse Manager. I am responsible for cleanliness and inventory. My hobbies include golf & boating.

Josh – “The Delivery Dude”

I recently graduated high school and am working full time to figure if I want to go back to school or not. I enjoy cooking, roller skating, and reselling clothes in my free time.
